A great opportunity if you are considering a career in real estate! This 60-hour self-paced course covers the principles, practices, statutes, and regulations you need to know to become a licensed real estate agent. You can complete the course entirely online at your own pace, and the tuition includes engaging course materials, a glossary of terms, video resources, and downloadable study materials. Students have six months from the date they receive their login credentials to complete the course. Extensions are available for an additional fee.
To successfully complete the course, students must pass a proctored final examination. The required proctoring fee of $25 per exam attempt is not included in the course tuition.
After successfully completing the course, you'll be eligible to take the Virginia state licensing exam. Once you pass the state exam, you'll be ready to join a brokerage and begin your real estate career!
