This 75-hour course is fully approved by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission and prepares you to take the NJ state licensing exam to become a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson. Topics covered include: NJ Real estate license law, agency, brokerage and ethics, contracts and listing agreements, forms of property ownership, landlord-tenant law, deeds and title transfers, fair housing and anti-discrimination laws, real estate finance and mortgages, appraisals and market analysis, the role of the NJ Real Estate Commission, closing procedures and title practices.
