Class days, times and locations for this course
This course satisfies the 150-hour education requirement outlined by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission to qualify for a NJ Broker license as well as the NJ Instructor license. The education is comprised of 3 courses, a 90-hour general broker’s pre-license course, a 30-hour pre-license course on brokers' ethics and agency law and a 30-hour pre-license course on office management and related topics. All 3 courses must be successfully completed within two years of application to qualify for the state broker exam.
